This project launched on 2003.10.14 with collaboration with the Central Finance. We have donated 95 Three-wheelers among our members, in the 1st and 2nd phases. Central Finance gave a very special low interest rate and small down payment for this project.
After distribution Three-wheelers, our members are very keen to get some more Three-wheelers. Therefore, with the collaboration with the Central Finance we have arranged the 3rd phase on year 2004.

| Exercise Books |
| |
| This program assisted in educating the low-income group. Training how to make Exercise Books. Conducted five training programs in five Districts and hope to introduce other balance districts. |

| 25 participants participated to this program. Training program is conducted in Sinhala and participants very keen about this training. From this training participants will benefit financially. |

Candle
Providing training for skills development could be helpful and interest and could motivate them in their desire to enhance and further their prospects.
This year conducted five training courses in 5 districts. Hope to introduce other balance districts.
